Hello, I need a template for DLE 14.2+ for a photo portal as a portfolio. I currently have this template:

Unfortunately, on this template, the page takes a long time to load, so I would need a new template with a similar appearance and with features such as:
- page navigation in AJAX (so that there are articles from page 2 without reloading the portal)
- the appearance of the articles on the home page was like the template shown in the video
- In the full article, all images added were in the form of a gallery
- I would also need an appearance for a static page with service prices
- The template was compatible with any device and screen size

I would like such a template for 40$ with payment via PayPal

За 40$ вряд ли что-то найдёшь, так как даже качественные HTML5 шаблоны имеют ценник от 50$. А так, если в будущем нужна будет помощь, обращайся

Полноценный шаблон для DLE с перечисленным функционалом, да ещё и адаптированный под быструю загрузку будет стоить в районе 150-200$ минимум.
